Letter to TDs

NAI Event, AV Room, Leinster House February 27th 2013

MS Ireland is concerned about the adequate provision of state services, resources and welfare entitlements for people with multiple sclerosis. Where services, resources and welfare entitlements are unavailable or inaccessible, MS Ireland aims to highlight, and then rectify where possible, these inadequacies.

On Wednesday 27th February the Neurological Alliance of Ireland (NAI) (an umbrella organisation for neurological charities/organisations) is having an information presentation for TDs and Senators in the AV room, Leinster House. This presentation will highlight many aspects of the ongoing crisis in the Irish neurological care services including: long waiting lists to see a neurologist, lack of access to vital neurorehabilitation services and ongoing cuts to charities representing the needs of people with neurological conditions.

Please use the template to make contact with your local TD and encourage them to attend the NAI event. There are more than 8,000 people in Ireland living with MS and thousands more affected by it. We at MS Ireland appreciate your time and support.

Share this link with your friends and highlight the poor levels of neurorehabilitation services in Ireland. Your involvement and action makes a difference to the lives of so many.
