'Help us to tell the Government what it's like to live with a neurological condition in Ireland'
The Neurological Alliance of Ireland (NAI) have launched an online survey to find out the impact of the recession and cuts in the health services on people with neurological conditions and their families.
The NAI will present the findings directly to the Government during National Brain Awareness Week in March 2014.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes and is completely confidential. By completing the survey, you will provide the NAI with valuable, up to date information about what it is like to live with a neurological condition in Ireland.
If you are a person with MS, carer, family member or friend please fill in the survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/livingwithneuro1
The closing date for responses is Monday 10th February 2014
