New initiative for the West

What is Linking In?

Linking In is a new initiative for the Galway, Mayo and Roscommon region focused on keeping people healthy in work and helping individuals return to work following an injury or illness.

Linking In will work with you - the employer, as well as the employee and healthcare professional.

The Disability Activation Progect are researching a person-centred case management approach for small to medium-sized enterprises, to establish best practice in return-to-work policy.

Who is Linking In for?

  • Employers in the small-to-medium size enterprise sector
  • Employees receiving Illness Benefit or Injury Benefit
  • All healthcare professionals

Linking In with You - the Employer

Supporting an employee to return to work after an illness or injury involves time, planning and networking.
